Mandekh Hussein, BA (Hons), MSc, Prince2 Practitioner
Alongside my role as an Associate for Educators International, I am a Lecturer at Brunel University (BASc Global Challenges, where I focus on the use of evidence based approach to designing and delivering interventions) and a strategic consultant in the health and social care setting, with a particular emphasis on addressing health inequalities through embedding of innovation and leadership development.
My role at Educators International is leading the current project in Liberia, and previously, that in Colombia. I am particularly passionate about creating community led initiatives so that they are sustainable and impactful. For me, it is critical to understand the interconnected system between educator-student-families-community so that the incredible programmes designed are empowering and reflect ownership by all stakeholders.
