I am an experienced and successful headteacher and am currently a leadership advisor for a local authority.

I am an experienced secondary headteacher with a track record of excellent results and outstanding inspections.  For the last 4 years I have been working for a Local Authority as a Leadership and Management Advisor where I specialise in supporting headteachers and leadership teams.  I am particularly experienced in Special Needs, and the teaching of phonics and work closely with special schools.  I have worked with EI in Ghana and Colombia and am currently working on projects for Zambia and Samoa.
